Shipping Policy

For all orders from customers in the continental United States:

  • All orders will ship within three (3) business days from receipt of order
  • Shipping is free for all orders via USPS First Class Mail
  • Shipping on all orders is available via USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee of $5
  • At this time, Wu Mountain Tea does not take orders for customers outside the continental US. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Returns Policy

All orders may be returned to Wu Mountain Tea for any reason if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an order to Wu Mountain Tea, please send the product to:

Please make sure to indicate your name, address and order number. On receipt of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your credit card.
